How do I select an online course/program? 

Visit our online program page to discover our offers.

Are there prerequisites or language requirements?

There are no prerequisites. Our online courses are open to students of all backgrounds, language levels and ages starting from 10 years old.
 

How do I register?

Registration forms are available on our website. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on “Online Programs” 

  2. Choose your course

  3. Click the “Apply here” button at the bottom of the page. 

  4. Download the form, fill it and send it to cccl@cccl.ma

When should I register?

Application form should be filled out and sent to cccl@cccl.ma  at least one week before the starting dates of the classes.

How much does an online class cost?

Please note that we provide a free placement test and no registration fee for our online language programs.

How to pay for the online courses?

Full payment is required once your registration is confirmed. All course tuition is billed in Dirhams for people living in Morocco, US dollars or Euro for international students. Payment is non-refundable.

Class payment is accepted by bank wire transfer.

Note:

Students must add to the total amount of the payment 5% for the bank transfer fee. Once the payment is received, you will get a bill confirming your payment. 

 

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my Online Course? 

The CCCL is unable to reimburse students for any payment of the online courses.

How many students are in online group courses?

To guarantee quality course delivery and ensure a good follow up, online courses have an enrollment limit between 4 to 8 students maximum.

For the summer language camp: between 8 to 12 students per group.

How does my level be determined? 

You will have an online free oral placement test. The date and time will be coordinated and confirmed. The oral placement test lasts between 15 to 30 min long. At the end of the oral placement test, we will confirm your level and the course that you will be taking with us.

What are the technical requirements for an online course?

Most of our online courses are offered through Microsoft Teams or Zoom platform.

How do I get access to the online course platform?

A few days before the course is scheduled to begin, you will receive an invitation from the CCCL with instructions for accessing the course.  

The course platform will be available to you on the starting date of the classes.

Are the online courses live classes or video classes? 

The online courses consist of live classes with your language instructor, some of pre-recorded video lessons, class notes, and daily assignments.
 

What do I do if I have questions about an assignment?

Questions about assignments or any part of the class should be directed to your language instructor via email.

How much time will be involved in homework?

For each hour spent in your online live classroom, you should plan on two hours of homework or assignments.

How do I get homework assignments, tests, and class material?

Homework, tests, paper assignments, and more will be communicated by your language instructor in due time via emails and the platforms tools.


What happens if I miss an online live class?

We highly recommendthat you follow the confirmed course schedule and attend all the live classes on time. If you are not able to do so for any reason, you will be able to contact your language instructor to provide you with all the necessary material that you missed so as to be ready for the following class.
